I'm Jeslyn, a product designer based in London. The thread running through my previous experiences in pharmaceutical research, healthcare compliance, and design isn't an obvious one.. until you notice they're all the same problem: why do systems fail the people they're built for? Healthcare compliance taught me what happens when nobody asks that question. Design is where I do something about it.
Research to understand. Compliance to protect. Design to close the gap.
Living between cultures taught me that the best solutions come from listening to different perspectives. That curiosity shapes how I collaborate and solve problems now.
Science gave me the tools to understand the world.
Design gave me the tools to improve someone's experience of it.

I'm Jeslyn, a product designer based in London. The thread running through everything I've done: pharmaceutical research, healthcare compliance, and now design is the same: work that affects real people in real moments, where getting it wrong has consequences.
That pull has always been the constant. Research to understand. Compliance to protect. Design because I realised the gap between a product that works and one that genuinely serves the person using it is often a design problem. That's the gap I want to close.
